Hey and hi to all of Jason's internet friends and family! ... hopefully you will join my daily blog of our time here in Gales Point .. the pix I will post here in a few minutes are of the house from last Feb when we were first down here ... you can see a bit of the difference from then to now, with Myrtle's planting and beautifying as well as all the hard work Jay and Zane have been doing with the help of others as well.

Just got back from the beach where we were scavengering for 'treasure' for planting in, for containing herbal medicine after I sterlize the bottles and generally good beach booty!  Tides are higher than normal so there was lots of wash up and the lagoon is even higher than usual too.

Latest of the bird watch crew ... today Zane and Jay saw a Yellow-Crowned Night Heron ... head like a duck, but a long legged Heron body ... no picture, but properly identified in the book.
